With the entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, on 30/3/2023 a new Whistleblowing regulation was introduced into our system. The provision, implementing European Directive 2019/1937, brings together in a single regulatory text the entire regulation of reporting channels and protections recognized for whistleblowers, both in the public and private sectors.
Reports must be transmitted through specifically established channels; the choice of the reporting channel is no longer left to the discretion of the Whistleblower as the use of the internal channel is given priority.

ELVI SRL ELECTRIC MOTORS, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 has prepared this page as a tool that allows the Whistleblower (employees and all those who fall within the hypotheses contemplated by the legislative decree) to report illicit conduct (or even just irregular or doubtful, regardless of the commission of crimes) of which he has become aware knowledge. The subject of reporting is not only crimes, but also other conduct that is considered relevant as it concerns behaviour, risks or irregularities, to the detriment of the public interest.

The use of the platform available at the following Trusty link allows the reporter to maintain anonymity: of the identity of the reporting person, of the person involved and of the person mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and the related documentation. Once the report has been sent, the system will issue a receipt with the identification number of the report, which the reporter is invited to keep.
The management of the internal reporting channel is entrusted to Mr. DAVIDE TONONI
