THE DC GEAR MOTORS WITH PERMANENT MAGNETS ARE ALSO CALLED DC ELECTRIC GEAR MOTORS, DC GEAR MOTORS OR BRUSHED ELECTRIC GEAR MOTORS.
In order to make the research and the choice easier, the catalogue of the DC electric motors is divided into subcategories, identified by the external diameter of the stator. In each subcategory there is then a further classification based on other technical features: right or left gearbox, interaxial distance between rotor shaft and output gear shaft, number of threads of the rotor shaft’s worm, possible presence of the Hall sensor.
For each DC electric gear motor we have conceived an automatic assembly process which allows variations on the gear’s output shaft, the cables and the flanges still guaranteeing high standards of reliability and competitiveness.
