At ELVI, responsibility toward people and the environment is not merely a statement of intent: it is woven into the very fabric of how the company has been built, from 1977 to the present day.
We are publishing our first Corporate Sustainability Report based on 2024 data, prepared in accordance with GRI Standards. Our goal is to provide structure and metrics to the commitments that have long guided our daily decisions. The data presented in this document — including emissions, energy consumption, workforce composition, and workplace safety — are measured, tracked within our ISO management systems, and open to transparent comparison.

This document reports on ELVI’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance for the year 2024, in accordance with the GRI Standards. It includes data on energy, greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3), waste management, raw materials, personnel, occupational health and safety, and remuneration policy.
In the field of production, ELVI has implemented an Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System , applying it throughout the entire production process — from mechanical machining to the assembly and testing of permanent magnet DC electric motors and gear motors — with the goal of ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability.
ELVI operates with certified management systems: ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety). Performance is regularly monitored, reviewed by Management, and verified by third-party auditors.
In terms of gender equality, our system is certified UNI/PdR 125:2022, supported by a dedicated Steering Committee that monitors the KPIs of our 2024–2026 Strategic Plan.
