Whistleblowing

With the entry into force of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 on March 30, 2023, a new whistleblowing regulation was introduced into our legal system. The provision, implementing the European Directive 2019/1937, consolidates the entire regulation on reporting channels and the protections granted to whistleblowers, both in the public and private sectors, into a single legal text.
Reports must be submitted through specifically designated channels; the choice of the reporting channel is no longer at the discretion of the whistleblower, as the internal channel is prioritized.

ELVI SRL MOTORI ELETTRICI, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, has set up this page as a tool to allow the whistleblower (employees and anyone else covered by the provisions of the decree) to report unlawful (or even just irregular or questionable) conduct, regardless of the commission of crimes, of which they have become aware. Reports are not limited to crimes but also include other behaviors deemed relevant as they involve actions, risks, or irregularities that harm the public interest.

The use of the platform available at the following link Trusty allows the whistleblower to maintain anonymity: the identity of the whistleblower, the person involved, and any person mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and the related documentation. Once the report is submitted, the system will issue a receipt with the identification number of the report, which the whistleblower is encouraged to keep.
The management of the internal reporting channel is entrusted to Mr. DAVIDE TONONI
